2012 Master Gardener Level I Program:
Advanced Master Gardener:
An intermediate Master Gardener program will be offered this coming spring or early summer. This will program will offer an opportunity to get some advanced training on some specific subjects, gain some practical experience of the horticultural skills you have learned, meet with local growers on various farm tours, and of course have fun. More information on this program will be available soon.
The Montana State University Extension Service offered the first annual Level III Master Gardener training in August of 2011. For more information on this program check out the MSU Master Gardener website.
Pest Management Calendar (15 pages).
Plant Clinic: Open April through September M-F 8:30-4:30 for plant identification, insect, disease, weed, gardening, landscaping, gardening, farming, and soils questions. Contact the Plant Clinic at 258-4213.
The Garden Plot:
A 5 minute gardening program on different subjects that are aired once a week on KUFM Radio, Fridays at 3:55pm. You can read each weeks program by going to the website www.mtpr.org and clicking on programs, then select a Friday from the months calendar. Scroll down to the 3:55pm time slot, if there is a blue dot beside the program you can view the script.
